Shipping

All orders are shipped from the UK.

We also offer international shipping to the US, Australia, Canada and Europe.

We aim to ship all orders in the UK within 2-5 working days - for express orders simply email us at cicilialimited@gmail.com.

For International orders we aim to ship within 3-17 working days to US, Australia and Canada and 2-11 working days for Europe.

For special requests including gift notes please email us at cicilialimited@gmail.com.

For international orders please be aware that you may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country so please review information from your local customs agency if in doubt.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund, not including shipping.

If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit then please cicilialimited@gmail.com within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage, so we can follow up with the shipping company.
